Down another pound! I typically don't log my weight this often as we all know a pound or two are natural fluxuations but any time I see a new low I think it's important to log and a good motivation to keep going! On a great pace going into the weekend. I will treat myself some but always in moderation as I belive this is important to continued success. Great Kick Boxing workout yesterday exposed some more areas for improvement. My motivitation to exercise and eat right continues to be strong.
