Ok this weigh in was at night after eating and drinking... so I'm guessing it would be more like 80 in reality... on the other hand the weight hasn't quite settled after all the partying and bad eating.. let's start fresh on a Monday.. tomorrow! I'm really not happy at the moment... my skin is bad, my immune and nervous system is weak, gums are bleeding, hair is splitting... I don't look or feel good... my tummy isn't happy... it's just not good at the moment but starting tomorrow I'm gonna start fixing things... less coffee... more green tea without milk... lots more water... supplements - at least 3 a day... perhaps something for the weight, stress and immunity... I have so many... gonna use them all up... still can't quite decide what diet I should follow... dukan, blood group or just healthy eating... I actually can't wait to exercise again either.. I'm thinking jogging and skipping rope for cardio and good old garden work is also great... I look forward to finally reach my goal weight... goal time is December 2017 so here goes...
