Not sure how but I gained almost 3 pounds from yesterday. Yesterday I ate 1500 calories (700 calorie deficit) and did 90 pushups, situps, and squats. Am I gaining muscle weight? Retaining water in my muscles due to breaking them down? I hope I'm still losing fat, I feel like I still look better shirtless than I did 3 weeks ago.
