Yay! I made it home from the shower! I served instead of eating first, so instead of eating actual manicotti, i just ate what fell out of the other ones! Then I had 2 meatballs and a salad with a nice Light Vidalia Onion Dressing! YUM YUM definitely buying some of that! Only 4.5 g of fat per serving and I only had 1/2 serving! But I was licking my plate practically it was sooooo good. Then I did have a roll (so good) and then I had a diet pepsi and a very small piece of peanut butter cake. It was all delicous, but I felt not too bad nutritionally. It could have been fried chicken brisket and ribs, lol. Fixing to exercise. For some reason, shopping doesn't count for much on working off calories, lol. This weekend I decided to keep up my good efforts of exercise everyday. No reason to slack on the weekends if I want to see results!
