I went up to 155 and was too ashamed to put it on my profile. I have lost the five but it is not easy without the help of Fat Secrets. So here I am again and changing my goal weight to 140. Thanx to everyone that has helped me over the last year or so. Ready to move on without bread and butter, pasta and potatoes.
