I've been MIA b/c Im moving...eaitng has been off, only got in a few workouts last week, but I've been lugging crazy amounts of stuff between apartments, down flights of stairs, in the snow, lol, so that's unofficial exercise if I do say so myself. I've eaten more carbs, than I'd prefer, but I got up this morning back on track. 90 days until the official kick off of summer and 60 days before I attend my beachbody summit. This is my last week of Insanity, and then I'm staring p90x, yay!
