Ok.. time to i guess do my usual diet assessment..
As of Sunday, i'm down 23.4 lbs since being back, i'm down 12.2 since the beginning of the year, and have 10.2 to lose to hit my 2012 goal.
I'm back into all of my size 10 pants, and overall doing well. This past week i realized my water intake wasn't what it should be (hence all the desperate frustrated journals) and after increasing starting last wednesday, the scale finally started to move for me. so i decided to keep the water intake up over the weekend (my biggest issue) and i kept losing all the way until sunday morning.
For the first time i think since i started dieting, this morning i decided to weigh in directly after my cheat day, to see if the water overall helped, and i'd say it definately did. Here's my comparison.
After my last weeks cheat day, and no weigh in on Monday, Tuesday i weighed in at 181 and some change.. that was a FIVE LB gain and that was after being back on plan for a day... i was veeery upset.
This week, i weighed in today at 179 and change and that is before being back on plan, so it was a 4ish lb increase, normal... and minimal... i'm hoping that i keep pushing the water intake and can surpass my low weight this week. I'd hit my April goal way ahead of schedule. Would be great.. :)
