Going back to eating low carb. I have a weightloss deadline--going to a girl's weekend 10/20-10/22 and really want to be down at least 10 pounds, 15 pounds would be better. Got my water intake back up and working hard to surpass my daily 10k step goal. Zumba on Monday accomplished that. Then worked late last night helping in the dietary dept. met my goal the second day. Eating more protein helps me feel full to fight cravings, but the headache I woke up with this morning (which I'm sure is sugar withdrawal) is a killer. Gonna fight through it and keep truckin'. Not sure if I'll need to work tonight. If not, gonna try to make it to Zumba again. My left foot has been aching, but trying to work around it. Some days I wish my regular job incorporated more walking so that I didn't have to work so hard in the evenings to hit my step goal. I guess I could get up earlier to exercise, but I really enjoy sleeping til 6:30, lol. I guess that sums up my life right now...exercise, water, and low carbs are my daily goals.
