I found myself getting winded last night while bowling and thinking that I could not continue to do this. I realized that I definitely need help and cannot do this on my own. Gloria is going to come to WW meetings with me and I told Geoff I cannot do this on my own. I have a book that I am reading Body for Life for Women. It has some good points and I am enjoying highlighting the points that really hit home.
