homemade ice cream, chocolate tiffin and sponge cake with chocolate spread probably explains the sudden weight gain. it's soooo easy to get back to the old habits. but the homemade ice cream I made with my daughters. she saw the recipe on youtube.. it was delicious.. anyway in order to stick to daily average I have to consume no more than 1600 per day till sunday. it shouldn't difficult if I don't eat anything with sugar
