This morning, 10 months in, I was 60.5 pounds down from when I started just before New Years. While I am happy with the loss, I don't see myself looking very different than before. I do have to wear a belt to hold my jeans up, though, so I guess that's a good thing! Thanks to everyone on this site for helping me along with your inspiring posts. I still have 47 pounds to go to reach my goal. It's hard, but I will keep trying. If only I could exercise I think that would make a difference.

Keep in mind any kind of movement is exercise!! Little movements over the course of the day add up..... it doesn't have to be complicated or all at once.
