JOURNAL : I am experiencing remorse over a personal reaction I had when my fear turned into anger. That said, it was a family interaction best left un- described. Not how I wished to react. I made an apology. But my emotional state wanted “ice cream and chocolate…lots of chocolate” I made it to today’s IF and 1st Keto meal but I am still on edge….. Just need to KCKO! Eat my own words. Boy, have I been cavelier in my past posts regarding other FS member’s fall from Keto. Experience is my own personal bully. May I learn…am humbled today.

You are learning! Family is a funny thing wrought with the good, the bad and the ugly. For the most part it can be the good, but there are always those wounds that can open with just a prick. You recognized the fear to anger, you apologized and now it's a learning experience that you can benefit from. Keep focused on the new you and the life you are creating daily. The rest will follow.
