My roommate has lost 20 pounds since January following her own diet. Her positive weight loss has motivated me to get my butt in gear and take charge of my life. I will never call this a diet...because then I'll never follow through with it. Instead, I am making a change to the way I live my life. So..here goes! Wish me luck :)
