Okay. Weighed myself in the morning and I am less. The weight I recorded yesterday was after lunch and after drinking a couple of cups of tea... this is my dry weight. I've also discovered that the difference between my standard weighing outfit and my new fleece pajamas is 1.4 pounds (which means I weighed in at 156.2 in my PJ's.) Which is about 10 pounds over my maximum allowable weight :D - so I'm approaching a healthy weight - still I'm hoping to get myself in between 130 and 140 lbs since that is what I used to default to. I'm weaning myself back on the diet - there are just too many gingerbread cookies and chocolate yummies kicking around. However, by some fluke all of my stocking candy and travelling food leftovers have gone AWOL - which may just be a blessing in disguise, but I am sad about the kinder egg and the jar of cashews... even if I can only have 5 for one point.
