Naiomy Günlüğü, 25 Nis 12

So i only have 1.8 lbs left till i'm back at my low... i'd have to say i'm at the lowest weight i've been on a Wednesday morning that i've been at all since i've been back on my diet. I'm so hopeful for the weeks weigh ins... i didn't want to be dissapointed that i only dropped a pound this morning, but i slightly was. either way i'm that much closer to seeing a lower weight this week. Hope i can post a lower weight prior to seeing that stupid WEIGH IN NOW alert... or atleast a "steady" update.

had such a great dinner last night that i created for me and the gf. she said its her fav so far... garlic and cheese stuffed baked tomatoes with pan grilled pork chops and capers.

it was good... yes.. it was.

Ohhhhh yum.... that sounds so delicious!! I need to get my act together in the cooking department. I had a peanut butter sandwich tonight - ha!! Yours sounds way better! :)

@erika it was sooooo good... my biggest challenge to myself is to always find lighter ways to make an amazing meal, and i believe i'm getting really good at it!... :)

@ erika lol.. the only secret i can tell u is to think of ur favorite meal, and what it consists of.. then find alternatives for the things u can change... most of the time it comes out reallllly good... sometimes .. not so much..lol... one time i made a BLT that was less than 200 calories.. sorry.. BLTs are not to be made with turkey bacon.

Hahaha.. - that's what I'm so bad at (improvising!!) I just need to start playing around with things more..
