Happy Thanksgiving y'all. I knew I was going to have a big meal today, so I planned ahead. Got up and had two boiled egg whites for breakfast and hit the gym. Hard. had a protein bar as a post workout lunch. That was all until dinner. Had over 2500 calories to spend. so after eating (no seconds, just one plate and one slice of pie) I was 15 calories over. Oh well. Guess I will hit some pre black Friday sales to burn away the extra. Hope you all have a successful and Happy Thanksgiving
