Even though my weight has remained really stable (which is both good and bad, I suppose), I've been hitting the gym and trying to exercise as much as possible. I figure my weight has stayed the same since I'm building muscle. Hopefully! Since it's been really nice lately, I've also tried running for moderate periods of time - something I haven't been able to do since I was 10 (I'm 20 now!)
I find myself with a wicked immune system too. Wow - Weight Watchers has really changed the way my body and (almost) my mind work! Everyone I know seems to be sick for the fifth time this year. I have not been sick at all this school year, and I owe it to WW.
YAY! I hope anyone who reads this is feeling good and maybe even losing weight!
