Good Morning Dear Diary,
I'm so excited!!! The INTERMITTENT FASTING that I started doing again is working extremely well. In a matter of 3 weeks my weight has gone from 179.9 lbs. to 169.8 I couldn't be happier. Also that includes my Low Carb eating. It's a COLD Morning here in The State of Washington, our over night LOW temp was 26 degrees. Time to get my Morning started and start with my Morning Mocha.
