So its only Wednesday and i'm already down to 172.6!.. .2 away from my low on Sunday..!... down 1.2 from yesterday.. if i can lose a lb a day from here till saturday i could possibly leave these 170s behind!!..

wishful thinking.. i will chill for now and be happy that by tomorrow i'll beat my low...

@ johanne - almost there!!!.. @ skinnygirl - -Well most of the weight i'm losing during the week is what i gained from my cheat day... today is my first official "loss"..
