I have been doing very good,making wise choices, and i will stay focused on this too.THE XMAS season,getting dressed in nice clothes to go to my MoM & Dads, My daughters house, with her in-laws and friends she had there......
well let me tell you, it was NOT pretty-for me, inside of this body i was screaming help!!! I wanted to scream,and i so miserable inside my own skin!!!!!!! AND who is to blame??????ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ONLY ME!!!!!!!!!!!! IT is time for me to get wise, and healthier!
My 30yr.old who had the party.....is trim fit to a "T",she goes to a gym, 4x a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY 31 yr.old, goes too, she is working on a weight loss, and doing very well, then, i have a 15yr.old who is overweight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT kind of a
ROLE MODEL am i for her,the 15yr.old if i do not show her i am serious about my weight? ITS time for me to show me,i can do this,and all around me whom are watching,cause they see & hear me, they know. I WILL DO THIS, and i am so greatful for this fatsecret
