Well I stepped on the scales this morning and was very unhappy, I have gained, but honestly think its PMS so I'm gonna wait a couple days before I record it. Normally when I have lost I wait until I weigh 3 days in a row and its still the same, so I think I'm gonna do that with the gain also. We have just had a very stressful 4 weeks and I know I havent eaten right, but I was back at the gym this morning and am planning to be right on track with my food. Hope everyone has a great week!!!
