As much as I hate to say this...I guess I am back to the drawing board...I have had some really hard months the past 1/2 year..
I'm not really that upset I gained the weight back...I figure...what can I do about it other than get my life back on track.
I know watching what I eat - logging it everyday and when I was doing really good- I was also journaling everyday.....so, I know these things...and I'm going to get back in to it!
