Finished the last week of 2017 with cooties, barely moved in a week. Finally turned the corner today, although I wore myself out a bit doing chores. Looking forward to this new year, and a new (healthy) start. I will be starting a new job, and I don't think I will be able to get my steps in like at my old job, but I'll have to wait to find out. I will try to eat better, and continue to get my physical activity in. Here's wishing a happy, healthy New Year to all!
