Back and forth. Lose 5 pounds, gain 7. I'm so tired of the roller coaster. Hubby says he is going to help me this time. I have my meals planned. If my hubby and boys don't want to eat what I'm eating, then hubby will fix them something else. This is where I've always slipped before. It's just easier to eat the bad stuff they're eating rather than eating my healthy stuff. Also, not eating out with the work girls anymore. I just don't make healthy choices when I do. I will prep my meals ahead, I will pack breakfast, lunch and snack for work, and I will no longer carry money with me to work. Can't eat out if I have no money! lol
Also, getting back to my exercise. Can't quite afford that gym membership yet, so I will have to make myself work out at home. I can do this!
I started my One/80 challenge today with my Advocare buddies. Also started an 8-week weight loss challenge at work. $10 to enter, and the winner gets all the money. Have to beat my boss! He wins every year because he eats nothing but cereal. lol I have got to stay strong and prove that a healthy diet combined with exercise is better than his silly cheerios diet. Anyway, here's to the beginning of a new year, new motivation, new habits and a better, healthier life!
