Tweaked my hamstring yesterday in exercise class. Things had been going so well and I really enjoy my classes. Just need to be careful in kickboxing classes of the quick movements with my legs. Anyway, I iced last night and although it's still a bit sore as I know it will be for a few weeks I will continue to try and workout while being careful not to aggrivate the hammy.
