So... I did at least get my exercise in today...but I had a funeral to attend and then we drank after the funeral, so I unfortunately drank A LOT of my calories away. Oh yeah and I forgot to add that million calorie starbucks coffee that I had later in the day to try to wake up!!! Darn it! But at least I started exercising and tomorrow is a new day of trying to EAT better!

I can sympathize being a Starbucks addict.

Coffee and alcohol. A weight watchers dream. It takes away that guilty feeling up until you are sober again. I gave up alcohol over five years ago. But I can’t stop drinking gallons of coffee. I walk miles for that privilege. You will get there, I’m sure.

I don't see me giving up coffee or alcohol ANY TIME SOON!!! lol!!!! A girl needs her vices!!! Good for you though!!! Sometimes I wish I would give up alcohol...Yes, I WILL get back to where I want to be!!!! Slow and steady wins the race!!!

Crabee, looked at your journal and your weight's not bad at all, very controllable and as far as your vices go your not mentally ready to guite them at this time so why bring on undo stress into your life, enjoy it.

I had the peach tea in Starbucks, much better substitute. Worth checking calories at a cafe or restaurant before you go

Thanks all! Yes, I'm not OVERLY concerned about my weight - I know I can do it....just totally slacked off last year....but I never like to see myself get anywhere close to 140 pounds (130 is the heaviest I want to allow myself) Having a treadmill again totally helps me stay motivated!!! I wish I like tea!!! I KNEW the coffee had a million calories, but that day I didn't care. And nope - not adding any more stress to my life by giving up my guilty pleasures or what I like to call "Momma's stress relief" LOL Happy Friday all!!!
