Here are the foods I'm going to eliminate to see if I don't feel better:
Milk and products made from it Wheat, gluten, etc Soy Meat and fowl Sulphites and sulphates (in most cured meats and wine)
I'm going to emphasize:
Brightly colored raw fruits and veggies Nuts and seeds
I may experiment with sprouts and juices, but they seem like a lot of work to prepare.
I'm going to eat some of these in moderation:
Legumes (non-soy) Rice and corn.
I'm going to eat lightly through the day (fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch) and then have a big dinner with protein in it. Hopefully, I won't feel so groggy at work.
I actually feel a lot better, today, than yesterday. Back and joints don't hurt as much. More energy. I ate like this, yesterday, and got through the day without a nap.
