i fell off track eating more junk and not exercising since November. first i have injured my elbow so it was hard to do my exercises. so that discouraged me and i started eating crappie and holiday times didn't help. so last week i did 4 days and so far i did 4 days this week, trying get myself back on track and eating better. once a couple pounds came back on i know i need to put a stop to it now before i end up back where i first started. besides i mentally feel better when i workout. i still hurt with my elbow however i do what i can and its better than nothing. today i did hour yoga and i feel great! will be sore tomorrow !
