Eaters remorse stinks doesn't it? A great rebound would be lean protein (chicken, turkey and steamed veggies or a salad with a low cal dressing (I use watered down tatziki). I use a salad of romaine, tomato, cucs and canned tuna (although it is high in sodium) or some left over chicken or lean pork with my tatziki dressing as a good rebound meal that's filling when I need something easy. You're doing great, one meal wont wreck it. Have a good dinner, take a walk and you're all set :-)
