good on you. I lost 5 stone maintained for 6 months fell pregnant and gained loads lol but my 3rd little princess was worth every pound. I have a bit to lose but every minute was worth it

I was told during both my pregnancies that you don't need to eat for 2, it's a myth. Apparently you just need to eat an extra 200 calories a day in the third trimester. Congratulations!

Wooble and Bubblegum14, many thanks for the support. I`m trying to be in the middle and eat for 1.5 people. Please don`t wish but believe in having a healthy baby (That`s what my mom says- she is a bit eccentric t but I`ll follow what she says). Big kisses!

eat your greens and all colours, i love rocket and brussel sprouts and carrot and red peppers. eat salmon or sardines. you need your folic acid and omega 3 to prep for baby. really just try to eat something new everday, seaweed, artichokes, capers, sundried tomatoes, black olives, sweetcorn, beetroot, celariac, turkey, prawns, hummous, goat yoghurt
