Hi! I’m new to thcome s forum, but it looks right to me. I’m 64, I have decided that this is the year to get in shape and be healthy. I’m going a ketogenic diet and hope to find others on this route. So far so good, I have more energy and feel muc( clearer than I do when eating carbs. I’m just a normal person with nothing special going on, just too much weight. All encouragement appreciated!
