I had a long talk with Daniela today about trying to reform one's lifestyle to lose weight. Although our weights start in different spots, our problems are very similar. Some foods just taste so good that we lose our control! I hope I can continue to do well so I can fit in some of the treats that I love so much. As far as foods that have more fat or more calories, I think portion control is the key for me. I hate to have to deny myself things I really love, but I also have some things I want to accomplish by way of losing weight and getting into better shape. I have to strike a balance between those. I have been doing well for four days. I hope to be able to keep it up!
