I splurged tonight and made some cassava flour cookies. I am feeling hot. I feel 5 years younger. I feel pretty confident that I am on the lifestyle change level now. Previously it always felt like I was battling with my own binge eating. After the gallbladder surgery and then cutting out many of the triggers I feel on track for the first time in a long time. <3
