On holiday, day 1 - trying to be good, but today didn't really work out- even trying to make good choices but I'm way over my calories - trying to eat well while eating out all the time is tough. Plus an injury to my foot means I probably should hold off exercising for a couple more days - worried this will set me back but also so glad we've gotten away for a couple of days.
