Its been 1 week since changing my eating habits, and I feel great. Last night we went to the mall to watch a movie and getting out I wanted to stop by McDonalds to get a salad, they only had Caesar left, so we decided to go to Stir Crazy and I was totally fine with eating out- I felt strong, and determined and in control. We decided to SHARE a salad- a seared Ahi tuna salad with shiitake mushrooms and a spicy/tangy dressing. I enjoyed it and portioned out my plate. I think I did great. The kids had white rice and chicken and I did not pick at all. I'm becoming proud of myself for only being the first week and I realized I used to make such a big deal about food- what to eat, what i was in the mood for, etc- now I just eat, I'm not being picky anymore..
