Been using FatSecret (diary) on off for a few months now. As of last week I discovered how to follow this community. I have to say you all seem so supportive which is encouraging me.
I only have a stone ish to lose but at 44 and a single mum of two primary school kids, a spaniel, two jobs and a crazy life I’ve struggled to shift anything for a couple of years. In fact the stone I lost a few years back has crept back on (and bit more) 🙁 I need to fit into my wardrobe grrr
