Well, it wasn't the hour I had hoped for, but I snuck away for 30 minutes and finished off my Wii Active 30 Day Challenge. Finally!! I did the whole thing on HARD too! So, I'm proud. The rest of the week I will be doing random pre-set workouts and some I made up myself, and then probably in a week or two I'll re-start another 30 day challenge. Man they really stressed on my thighs tonight!! Squats, Squat holds (for 60 seconds! It seems like an eternity), jump squats, squats with calf raises, inline skating, alternating lunges, jump lunges and alternating high knee reverse lunges!! My legs feel like jelly. And my Reebok shoes make it very hard to balance, esp. when you're doing things like lunges and squats with calf raises, so I think I might be burning slightly more calories than the Wii says, because of the shoes.

Ah well, tomorrow (like I said before) I have a highway cleanup, apparently last time it took like everyone in our club (maybe 15-20) people, more than 1 day (we have two days scheduled)... but hopefully if we work hard we will finish it tomorrow. Friday I have softball practice and Sunday two more games, so, at least I'll have some variety in my exercise. Maybe Saturday again I can spend all day fishing too, man, was I tired after that!! Fishing doesn't seem like you're doing much, but I caught like 15 good size catfish and wrangled them in, as well as just standing most of the time and being in the fresh air. Okay, working out always wakes me up and it's 1am which is bad news. Luckily I don't have class tomorrow so I can sleep in and the highway cleanup isn't until 3pm.
