im afraid to get on the scale.. i gained l1lb last time i got on it.. im trying to convince my self that my body is just toning nd retaining water or some other excuse. i drink water all day at the clinic.. im keeping my calories under 1100 daily, i walk 4.5 miles every morning, i eat more than 30% protein, keep the carbs under 15% , fats below 50% or as close as possible.. what am i not doing right... is there anything else that i should or shouldn't be doing. I mean I don't feel like ive gained, but im worried.. im really trying so hard to reach my first goal. i thought by thel end of the month i was going to reach it, but im getting discouraged.. ☹😔😕😟😢😦😧😳
