Day 21, and it's amazing! Last journal entry, I was so happy to have gotten back on my new lifestyle so easily. Psh, now I'd like to comment on how easy it is to fall into old, bad habits. Especially when you have to wait for payday to get new delicious groceries, and so you eat bad leftovers, unhealthy choices, etc.
I think the moral of the story is to go back to it. No matter how bad you've eaten in the past year, month, week, day, or last meal, each NEW meal is a new chance and a new choice. I'm making the positive choice now.
Some words to keep me going: Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels. Do this to be strong, not skinny. Don't let one bad day kill your confidence and progress. Be the type of person you want to meet. Be strong.
