Hi All,
Back off my little trip, the weather was absolutely great for the first three days then wham bam back to the norm I even burnt my nose and my bustickles guess who forgot to pack the Sun Protection " Moi " .....Pepper took a while to get used to his 4 wheels at first, then off we all went on the longest walk that he's accomplished in over a year and the little darling just slept all the next day cos he was extremely kn**kered, Bless Him.....Not weighing myself for a while cos I ate to much basically, but I shall be logging everything that I'm eating from now on until I start my new diet regime, I found quite a few things in my freezer that have to be used up before I begin.....Off outside now to do some planting before it tiddle's down with rain.....Happy Days....BFN x
