Day eleven of my 90 day program was supper good. It was the one day that I was really not hungry at all. I started my day without keto coffee, but brought the fixin's to work for 2 of them for later in the day. I ate the same 1700 calories but in 2 meals while at work. Eating earlier helped I think.
Walking in the park for 4 miles was loads of fun, I had so much energy I jogged some and did the 50 yard sprint (shuffle) at the end. I did 3 sets of chest and back exercises on these circuit machines at the park. I did 10 full squats holding onto a fence.
Today is my once a week weigh in pre weekend fast. I did weigh during and after last weekend's fast, but did not log it due to the swing in water weight (what's the point?}. So, I believe today's weight is my true weight. I'm starting to get an idea of just what it will take to get the weight off. I worked so hard this week that poor Crumbcake was struggling to keep up. I caught him scowling at me behind my back a few times, but when I looked at him, he would quickly smile and say "What? I'm fine". I think I need to plan an official hike to bring up his spirit, but it's supposed to rain this weekend. Still, it could happen.
