First And Foremost I Would Like To Introduce Myself, My name Is Deone I am 18 Years Old i am a male and after a few day i discovered that theirs just women on this site. Im Perfectly fine with that you guys have made a huge impact on my life yall are a great support group And I've Been Over Weight My Entire Life My Highest Weight Was 327lbs Now im at 253 thats a total weight loss of 74lbs which im proud of. But The Down side is that im only half way I Know that i Have a long road ahead of me and im trying to stay focused til i reach my goal of being a toned 180 or 200 :o)
