I am 53 yrs old and live in South Carolina. I have four children - 3 of them boys and one girl. Two of my boys are in the Air Force (one in South Korea. My eldest son is a graphic design artist. My daughter is married and waiting to get into college. I have five grandchildren. Ooops forgot my husband of 20 yrs. I love the Lord and work in a Homeless shelter,Pregnancy Center and the Ladies Committee. Loving it! There was a time that counting calories was a joke because everything I put into my mouth disappeared. I weighed 130lbs and felt great (in my 20s-30s). I now weigh 187lbs and look pregnant. I was one of those ladies that said I would never be fat. Guess what? So I must take this excess off. I know I won't be 130 again or wear a bikini but I want to be healthy.
