I'm not new to FatSecret, but have not been active for over a year. I'm back because my weight creeped up and so did my cholesterol and tri-glicerides. Don't want to be on any more meds, so it's back to Atkins life for me. I really do feel better when I eat that way, and want to be healthy for a long time to come. My goal is to be 145 lbs. When I started again in May 2011, I was 185, down to 164 right now and enjoy reading others posts on their own journeys. I'm married, 2 grown sons, retired from the U. S. Navy and full time office manager at a large area hospital.
