I'm from Chicago, and I lived a crazy life , moved to Az, and now I've wanted to get in top physical shape again (kinda re-live my youth) I feel 18 with a few bumps and bruises that stuck with me along the ride. I've negated the bar scene for many years and focused on my diet, exercise & cardio now . I added nutrition to the game and I just want to lean out and get a ripped 8 pack, once again(can't an old man hope). So FS I think will help me along my journey seeing the journals of so many others trying & achieving their goals, to better their lives as well.
