I am a 33 years old, teacher in Northern Va. It seems like I am stuck at my current weight. I do go to the gym regularly (ok, there are times when it is not as regularly at I would like). I have recently started to try and become a runner. I know when I was younger I used to run all the time and when I was gaining weight I would run and the weight would just fall off...not so anymore. I guess that is the downfall of getting older. lol
