Hi Everyone. My name is Laura. I live on the west coast of Florida. I'm married. Have 3 adult children-2 girls,1 boy, 4 grandkids-3 boys,1 girl. I like to go boating, fishing, camping, have BBQs and party. I have done the Atkins diet before and got down to my goal weight of 140, but that was 10 years ago.
