It has been nearly a month I not have logged pricked my finger or trained. I was on my way to from Costa Rica to Bermuda, Airbnb informed me my reservation was cancelled in London. I went home, Started planning again, and took a rest. I can now travel for 6 months. I had a few test A1c 5.5/Glucose 90mg/dl Weight 182 little weight gain there. Now each year I will have to get kidneys screened. BaselineG2. That is the best for my family history, age, sex and lifestyle. So the forward plan is to keep it at G2. Getting back to normal. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️

Yesterday the current was very strong, the swimming club had to fish me out of the water. There were also tree trunks in the water. I go to Nahome Park because that is the swimmers club, kayak, triathlon and paddle board meeting area. When swimming or boating safety comes first. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️

In 10 days I leave Costa Rica. I have changed my eating window from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm (3 hours two meals). I will be working on putting together my Sprint Triathlons. Laps in pools, biking on roads then running. Adding to my training will be weights. I am not a gym person, but I need to keep the muscle I have. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️
