Last weekends bender was havoc on my progress or so it seems so steering clear of thr bbqs and booze and jus relaxin instead. Hope everyones having a great weekend

Day 14/120
Day 14, which means in two more weeks i should start seeing a difference, then 8 for friends and family then 12 for the world to see how hard i have been working..and another 4 for my mind to keep on keepin on.
Hey errrrrrrrryone,
Happy friday. I played a round of gofl with three co workers this morning..we call it nine before nine! it was alot of fun, good excercise and now we are at work and i could certainly need a coffee! teeing off at 6am was early but worth it.. it is my rest day from the gym so i am looking forward to going home after work and relaxing.
Hope all the mothers out there have a great and well pampered weekend. My mom and I are going to yoga sunday and to the spa and then a big dinner with my whole family. i am looking forward to that cheat feast

Day 12
ugh someone should have had to wheelbarrow me to work today i am SO SO sore from my workouts. every ounce of me is in pain but no pain..no gain..i have been feeling pretty good lately and am looking forward to my lunch. it is spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese with light poppyseed dressing and some avacado! NUMMMMMMB!
Today just a cardio day on the stair master and then home to cook up some chicken and quinoa for the remainder of the week.
I am going to go get my nails done at lunch today so that will be fun and give me a moment to relax in between my hectic day at work.

Day 10
Weekends are always tough when it comes to clean eating, but the main thing is that i am back in the saddle today. :)Not much to report other then the fact that i get my new glasses today..i still have 20.20 visiion but i bought some justin timberlake frames just for funzees..so i look forward to wearin em'
