doing pretty well. keeping myself busy,eating healthy. lost a little wieght which was a nice suprise.

Late day at work today. Not much time for cooking but I'll Skip the fast food or takeout & stop by target on the way for fruit and a lean cuisine instead. Hopefully these small changes will start to add up.

Last night I went out with a group of my friends, as it was my friends birthday. I already hate going out these days because i feel very self conscience and like i dont fit in. But nontheless, i got dressed up and went with my friends. We went to a somewhat upscale bar for our first stop. It was a very crowded bar and we decided to leave after our first drink. On the way out some guy made some comment about my weight. i couldnt even hear what all he said but i heard "whoa" and some laughing. I felt so hurt. and this is exactly why i just want to stay home and not do anything. Its so fustrating that people have to make remarks like this. i sucked it up and tried to enjoy the rest of the night but in the back of my head i kept thinking about that guy and i just knew other people were thinking the same thing. I just feel absolutly depressed this morning. It doesnt matter how great my make up looks or how nicely im dressed, the only thing people will ever look at is my weight i guess.

Getting back on track, had a rough past few months. Back to the diet and exeercise... My goal to lose 5 lbs this month.
